Building on the 2018 Juba Youth Declaration with a strong call on the government and all stakeholders to uphold and promote adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health and rights, including the right to HIV/AIDS-information and services, UNAIDS in partnership with South Sudan AIDS Commission (SSAC), Ministry of Youth, Culture and Sports, Ministry of Gender, Ministry of Health, Joint UN Country Team South Sudan (JUNTA) & Network of Aids Services Organizations in South Sudan (NASOSS) will support the youth of South Sudan to create a Youth Compact.
