This three-day Situation Room technical workshop brings together national counterparts from Malawi, Namibia, and Zimbabwe – all of which are planning to launch in the upcoming months. The objective of the workshop is to develop, validate, and finalize each country’s business matrix, which provides an inventory or mapping of indicators and is crucial to configure data visualization. The workshop will also facilitate peer-to-peer learning and support so that country colleagues may consult and troubleshoot with one another.
