Every two years UNAIDS and partners conduct a series of regional workshops to train national technical teams on producing national estimates and projections of HIV burden and Antiretroviral Therapy needs and coverage. The tools used are the Estimates and Projection Package (EPP) and Spectrum models. This workshop will convene three sets of training starting from 28 January to 7 February 2019. The results of this technical work are published by UNAIDS in the AIDS Epidemic Update and Global Estimates Reports every June/July.
